Purulia District Primary School Sports
Basically following steps of sports happen every year in the district for primary school children :
i) School Level : Each School perform there annual sports in their school campus every year. A selected candidate of each events participate in the anchal level sports before Circle sports.
ii) Anchal sports : Two participants, First and 2nd of each event from anchal are allowed to participate Circle sports.
iii) Circle Sports :

Organaized by Kenda Circle under the Panchayet Samiti Puncha
Block.
Venue : Balakdih K.B.M / H.S Ground
Dated : 04.12.2019 From 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM
Participent Circles were :
Manbazar-I,Manbazar-II,Manbazar-III,Jamtoria,Bandwan-I,Bandwan-II, Gopalnagar Puncha and Kenda.
In inaugural ceremony there were
attend Minister smt. Sandhyarani Tudu, Sabhadhipati of Purulia Zila Parishad Sri. Sujoy
Bandopadhaya, District Inspector of Schools (Pry.) Sri. Prashanta Kumar
Mukharjee, District Project Officer (Purulia) Sri Bikashranjan Majumder,
Shiksha Karmadhakhya (Purulia Zila parishad) Sri Gurupada Tudu, Sabhapati Smt.
Pushpa Das ( Manbazar-I Panchayet Samiti). And there were also attend
Sub-Inspector of Schools from different Circle.
The
inauguration of zonal sports was done in following manner :
National flag was hoisted by the
sabhadhipati sri. Sujoy Bandopadhaya and sports flag was hoisted by the present
minister smt. Sandhayarani Tudu respectively. The pigeon gets freedom by the
own hands of District Inspector of
Schools sri. Prasanta Kumar Mukharjee.
